The December programme for Keyes Art Mile’s First Thursdays is set to impress. The evening promises to be an art experience where visitors can explore the destination’s various art galleries and exhibitions and enjoy drinks or dinner at one of the precincts many restaurants.

Pop in on 1 December from 4.30pm to explore the arts in combination with great food, drinks and dance at Mix Bar’s V is for Vinyl event. Feast your eyes on Origin Art’s The Figure and Histories exhibition by artists Jan Neethling and Sarah Ballam. The Annex will showcase Asisebenze Art Atelier’s group exhibition, Modernity and its offspring, and at 6pm Studio Nxumalo will officially open We Are Water, an exhibition by Heather Gourlay-Conyngham and Jared “Jed” Kruger. Gallery 3 will see No Excuse presenting Champions for Change – Break the Cycle of Silence, with its special commemorative opening event taking place at 6pm.
